NEW: A new optional file
tagging system has been introduced. This provides for information
to be stored inside the actual audio, such as Artist, Title, Intro
Times, Album, Year, etc, and a history of the last 18 scheduled
dates/times. The details are stored in an APEv2 standard file
tag, regardless of whether the file is MP3, WAV, or any other format. Other optional information may also be entered such
as record label, Client ID, CD Code, and ISRC code. This information
is now included in the Track Summary log file. File tag information may be maintained by loading
the Track Properties option in the File List or Playlist Editor, or
Track Tool. This feature may be enabled/disabled with the "Store
data in file tags" option on the Advanced Options tab. With this
option enabled, the track information and history of scheduled times are
available for viewing in the Playlist Editor and File List. We
recommend this option is enabled because previous scheduling information
will not be lost if a file is moved to another folder. This information
is used for artist & song separation. The Last Scheduled date tags will be updated after
a playlist has been generated and Save executed. The Save operation
will now take a longer time since it is saving additional information to
all audio files used in the playlist.
Note: Tag updates will not occur on
read-only files, and no error will be generated.
-
NEW: Foreign Tags such as ID3 tags in MP3
files, and RIFF header tags in WAV files, will now be read by AirList. This
data will be saved in our own APE tag system if the "Store data in
tags" option is enabled. MPEG-4 AAC (MP4, M4A) file tags, and WMA
file tags are also supported. When loading AirList 4.12 for the first time, the
loading time will be much longer than usual as it reads all existing
foreign tags and generates a new internal database structure. The first
Save will also take a longer time than usual as it writes the new tag
structure to your audio files.
-
NEW: Use file tags for Artist and
Title is a new option on the Advanced Options tab. When enabled,
audio files do not require the artist and title to be present in the
filename. Note: This
option should be disabled if the tags in your audio files are not
reliable enough to be used for Artist & Title recognition. However, the
Store data in file tags can still be enabled to store additional
information.
-
NEW: The Track Summary Log file has changed structure
and now includes the following data, if available in file tags: Times
used, Artist, Title, Album, Composer, Record Label, CD Code, and ISRC
code. The Track Summary report available in the
Playlist Editor includes all the above details except for the Composer
and ISRC. The report now prints in landscape orientation.
-
NEW: The
Spot Summary Log file has changed
structure slightly to include the Client ID. The Client ID may be
entered in Spot Group Properties, or individually entered in the file
tag using File Properties. This ID may include a Client name or code to
identify an advertiser.
-
NEW: "Include in Spot Summary" is a new option
in Spot Group Properties. When disabled, no details for this spot will
be saved to the Spot Summary log file. This may be used to ignore
jingles and station ID's, and include only advertisements, for example.
-
NEW: The Playlist Editor and
File List
will now display additional information about a track when moving the
mouse over the track icon to the left of the artist. The information
displayed, if available in the file tags, is the Year, Album, Comment,
and the last 18 scheduled dates/times. Break Note descriptions may also
be viewed this way.
-
NEW: Song Intro/Outro file matching does not
now require the filenames to match. If the Use file tags for Artist
and Title option is enabled, matching is done via the Artist & Title
tags stored within each file. For Artist matching only, the Title tag
must be blank in the intro/outro file.
-
NEW: The Song Intro/Outro facility now works
with Category names. If no matching song or matching artist is found,
the routine will use a file where the Artist is blank and the Title
matches the Category name, or where the Title is blank and the Artist
matches the Category name, if one exists. Example intro: "Here's an
oldies track from the 60's".
-
NEW: Multiple Song Intro's and Outro's are now
supported for each song, artist, and category. Each matching Intro/Outro
file will be selected in a rotating order, and is used to prevent the
same introductions from becoming stale and over used.
-
NEW: Song Intro's and Outro's and their related
category tracks may now be separated by other spot groups within a
rotation. eg.
Song Intro (for Category1); Spot1; Spot2; Category1.
This may be used to introduce a song coming up after the commercial
break, for example.
-
NEW: The Clear Last Scheduled option has been
removed as it is not needed now that the last 18 scheduled times for
each track is now permanently stored. The program detects if any last
scheduled dates are in advance of the playlist Start Date, and
automatically restores the dates to a previous date/time if required.
-
NEW: Song Repeat Protection now takes all
categories into account, and will recognize songs which have been added
to two or more categories. However, this requires that the same file in
the same folder is used, and not a copy of the file. An audio file
copied to another folder will not be regarded as the same song and could
be repeated within the song interval.
However, a Windows shortcut to the file may be created and copied
to other folders and this will be regarded as the same file.
-
NEW: Title Repeat Protection is now available
for global and individual categories. This facility ignores the artist
and ensures songs with the same title are not played within the
interval. This is useful when you have more than one cover of the same
song, eg. Christmas songs.
-
NEW: Next Day Song Repeat Protection is a new
option on the Run Options tab. This is a global setting to prevent the
same song from repeating within (plus or minus) a specified number of
minutes the next day. This is useful when using high rotation
categories with Song Repeat Intervals of 24 hours or less. A value
under 180 minutes is recommended.
-
NEW: Due to changes in the Playlist log file
structure, the Playlist Editor can not be used to edit playlists
created with AirList v2.x.
-
NEW: The Related Artists tab has been moved
from the Options to a main tab. Related Artist items are now modified
in a Related Artist Properties window.
-
NEW: Multiple items may now be selected on the
Categories, Spot Groups, Rotations, Schedules, and Related Artists
tabs. This may be used to delete multiple categories, or other
functions such as loading the tracks of multiple categories into the
File List.
-
NEW: "Select All" is a new Edit menu option to
select all the items on the above mentioned tabs.
-
NEW: The
File List facility has new right-click
menu options to "Copy all filenames to Clipboard" and "Copy
all titles to Clipboard". These may be used to paste all the
filenames, or all the artist & titles in the File List into an
application supporting text pasting, such as Notepad, and then printed
if desired.
-
NEW: "Open Containing Folder" is a new File
List right-click menu option to open Windows Explorer at the folder
containing the selected file.
-
NEW: In Schedule Properties, a previous hour
may now be repeated. Right-click an hour and select "Replay a
Previous Hour". A dialog will appear to select a previous day and
hour to repeat. Any changes made to the original hour, such as voice
tracking or editing, will also be reflected in the replayed hour.
-
NEW: A new virtual rotation is now available in
Schedule Properties
....NONE... will prevent a playlist file
being created for the hours where this is scheduled. It should only be
used when the hour's playlist already exists and should not be
overwritten, or when tracks for this hour will be later inserted in the
Playlist Editor manually.
-
NEW: The Voice Track recording facility in the
Playlist Editor now supports MP3 and Ogg files, in addition to
WAV. The file extension may be specified in the new VT Filename
Format mentioned below. Only some recording applications support
MP3 and OGG files, such as
NGWave and Adobe Audition.
-
NEW: "Generate VT Filenames" is a new option on
the Advanced Options tab. This will generate the filenames for each
scheduled Voice Track Marker. Normally the VT filenames are generated
when recording the voice tracks in the Playlist Editor. This option
allows the voice tracks to be recorded at a remote location and then
uploaded to the studio at a later time.
-
NEW: "VT Filename Format" is a new option to
specify the filename structure of the voice track filenames. The
standard date/time formatting parameters may be used. Generally, only
the extension should need modifying.
-
NEW: The size and position of most forms are now
permanently stored between sessions, including the column positions of
all list views.
-
NEW: There is a new Print Playlist dialog in
the Playlist Editor. New options exist to select how many hours will be
printed per page (1-3), and whether each track is double line spaced.
-
NEW: The Playlist Editor now supports dragging
of multiple selected items.
-
NEW: Windows Shortcuts to audio files may now be
dragged into the Playlist Editor.
-
NEW: A Usage Analysis is now displayed in the
Playlist Creation window after generating a playlist, and stored in the
Generate.log file. This shows how many times every Category, Spot
Group, Rotation, and Schedule was used during the generation.
-
The Category and Spot Group Analysis also includes
how often each category rotates. This is the theoretical number of
hours or days it takes to go through all tracks in the list before
repeating a track. This may be used to check if a category is being
under or over used. However, this figure assumes that nothing will
prevent every track from being selected. The Artist Repeat Interval,
and the New Track Bias will significantly disrupt this theory.
-
NEW: The playlist.html file is now generated by
AirList when the HTML Playlist is generated. Previously, the
file was distributed in the installation. This was done to enable
proper functionality in non-English languages.
-
NEW: If AirList finds missing files or folders while
loading, options now exist to ignore missing files, or remove them from
the Category or Spot Group list.
-
NEW: Category Properties and
Spot Group
Properties now support dragging files or folders from Windows
Explorer into the File(s) or Folder(s) box.
-
NEW: Large Tool Buttons is a new option on the
Advanced Options tab. This is enabled by default, and will display
large tool buttons with text captions in the tool bars at the top of the
main AirList window, the Playlist Editor, and the File List window.
-
NEW: Enable Track Preview is an option which
has been moved from the Playlist Editor to the Playlist Options tab. It
should only be enabled when AirList is being used on a separate PC to
the on-air broadcast player, or when two soundcards are installed. When
enabled, tracks may be played from the Playlist Editor and now
the File List.
-
NEW: The File List facility is now available
from a Tool Bar button at the top of the main screen.
-
NEW: The Standard edition of AirList now supports 15
categories, rather than 12.
-
NEW: Printing the playlist from the Playlist Editor
will now be in color for color printers, if Use Colored Items is
enabled on the Advanced Options tab.
-
NEW: In Rotation Properties, the Category/Spot Group
boxes may now be resized by dragging the line separating the 2 boxes.
-
NEW:
Timed Events
scheduled for the same time in Schedule Properties can now be scheduled
in the order required. Previously they were scheduled in alphabetical
order of the Spot Group name. This is done by selecting an Order number
between 0 and 9.
-
NEW: Fixed:
Timed Events
scheduled in Schedule Properties would not be scheduled if the number of
timed items entered exceeded 127.
-
NEW:
File Wizard
is a new button in Category Properties. This provides an easy way of
adding individual files to a category using information stored in the
file tags, such as Genre, Year, Tempo, etc.
-
NEW: The
Track Properties
dialog available from the File List and Playlist Editor has been
restructured with several new fields arranged over several tabs as
follows. The Categorization tab contains details that
can be used in the new File Import Wizard in Category Properties.
The Schedule Restrictions tab provides date
range, time range and day of week selection restrictions. This may be
particularly useful for spots or commercials which should only be
scheduled for a specific date range, for example. It also provides an option to delete files from the
hard drive once the date range has expired. The History tab shows the last 18 times the
track was scheduled.
-
NEW:
Backup Folder
is a new option on the Run Options tab. This is the folder where the
data files will be copied to during a backup.
-
NEW:
Restore Data
is a new menu option on the Tools menu. This will restore the last
backup configuration data and then reload all files.
-
NEW:
Auto Backup Data
is a new option on the Run Options tab. When enabled, AirLists's
configuration data files will be copied to the Backup Folder when a Save
All is executed. The Backup occurs before the current information is
saved.
-
NEW: AirList will now prompt for confirmation when
starting a playlist creation if playlists already exist for the selected
day and hour.
-
NEW:
Rotation Properties
and Schedule
Properties now provide buttons to perform the available
functions that were previously only available from right-click popup
menus.
-
NEW: A new column on the File List is titled
7 Days.
This shows the total number of times each track was scheduled in the
last 7 days. This total is calculated from the last 18 scheduled
dates/times, so the maximum number tat can be displayed is 18+.
-
NEW: The
Voice Track
recording dialog now shows several tracks above and below the recording
point in the playlist so the DJ can see a longer list of the songs that
will have played and will be playing. All track types are now shown,
not just songs as previously.
-
NEW: The
Voice Track
dialog will now stay visible at all times. Previously it was possible
for the window to be hidden behind the recording application.
-
NEW:
Reshuffle Now
is a new option in Category Properties. This will reshuffle the order
of the tracks in an existing category. This may be useful after adding
additional files to the category, which are shuffled and appended to the
bottom of the track list by default.
-
NEW:
Reread All Foreign
Tags is now available on the Tools menu. This may be
used to import new information entered into MP3 ID3 file tags and other
foreign tag formats using 3rd party software. This option is also
available for an individual Category and Spot Group from the right-click
menu and Edit menu.
-
NEW:
Auto Print Playlist
is a new option on the Run Options tab which will print the playlist
automatically after a playlist has been generated.
-
NEW:
Save Hour Range
is a new checkbox on the Print Playlist dialog. When enabled,
the selected From and To hour range is stored and used next time a
playlist is printed. When disabled, the hour range defaults to all 24
hours. This option may be useful when used in combination with the
Auto Print Playlist
facility.
-
NEW: Integration with 3rd party
Traffic/Billing
software has been implemented in AirList Pro. Traffic software is
designed to make management of commercials easier, with automatic
schedule positioning, and often provides billing of the commercials to
clients. Traffic log files may be merged with an existing
playlist using the Traffic Importer facility in the Playlist Editor.
Several options provide compatibility with most if not all traffic
software, including Traffic Manager (http://www.studiomixx.com)
and Natural Log (http://www.nat-soft.com/natlog.htm). Commercial breaks must be scheduled in a playlist
using a new break note code. See the Traffic Importer chapter under the
Playlist Editor chapter in the help documentation for more information. Even though Raduga supports loading traffic logs
separately to the music playlist, it may be useful to merge the
advertisements into the music playlist for easier management.
-
NEW:
Revert to Saved
and Restore
Backup Log are new options on the Playlist Editor's File
menu. Revert to Saved will ignore all changes made since the last Save and
will re-load the current log file. Restore Backup Log will restore and load the
previous log before the last Save.
-
NEW: Break Notes and Voice Tracks will now be included
in the HTML Playlist when the new checkbox "Include All Playlist
Details " is checked.
-
NEW:
Playlist Header,
Playlist
Footer,
Hour Header,
and Hour
Footer are new options on the Playlist Options tab.
These are designed for automation players other than Raduga, and
provide support for XML style playlists.
-
NEW:
Scan Folders at
Startup is a new option on the Advanced Options tab.
This option should generally be left enabled, but may be disabled to
speed up the loading process. When disabled, changes made to the
folders or files in categories and spot groups will not take effect when
generating a playlist. In this case, a manual "Rescan
All Folders" should be executed from the File Menu when
files have been added or deleted from folders.
-
NEW:
Change Creation
Password is a new Pro option on the Advanced options
tab. A password entered here will be required when attempting to create
a playlist. This may be useful to stop accidental or unauthorized
creation of playlists.
-
NEW:
Change Master Password
is a new Pro option on the Advanced options tab. This password will be
required when loading AirList. A new Lock
AirList option on the Tools Menu may also be used
to lock access while AirList is loaded.
-
NEW: A break note may now be used to add an extra
track to only the hour the rotation is used. Simply type the words
extra track
into a break note description.
-
NEW: Overwrite Existing Playlists is a new
checkbox on the Playlist Options tab. When disabled, playlist
files that already exist will not be generated and the rotations will be
skipped in the Schedule. This may be useful when some hours are
manually created in advance, or playlist files for some hours are
created elsewhere and copied to the Playlist Folder.
Generally this option should be left enabled.
-
NEW: A new Spot Group Type called "Category
List" has been added to Spot Group Properties. Multiple categories
may be added to the Spot Group. When the Spot Group is utilized in a
rotation, a category from the list is selected and used in place of the
spot group. The categories may be selected alphabetically, randomly, or
in a specific order, as per normal spot tracks.
-
NEW: Windows shortcuts to folders are now
supported. A folder shortcut may now be used within a folder or
directly within a Category or Spot Group.
-
NEW: The Missing Intro/Outro List has been
renamed to Intro/Outro File Tool. In the Pro Edition only, it
now supports recording intros/outros for songs or artists using
the Voice Track Recording Application set on the Advanced Options tab.
The file format/file extension is determined from the VT Filename
Format, but the filename is named in the Artist - Title format.
-
NEW: The Playlist Editor now uses the
Windows clipboard to enable copy/paste from one playlist log to
another. The data may also be pasted to a text file and copy/pasted
back to the Playlist Editor at the later date.
-
NEW: In the Playlist Editor, "Paste from Explorer"
is a new Edit menu and right-click popup menu item. Files may now be
copied from a folder in Windows Explorer and pasted into the playlist.
-
NEW: Load In Track Tool is a new Edit menu and
right-click popup menu item to load all the tracks in the selected
Categories or Spot Groups into the Track Tool. The Track Tool button on
the tool bar also supports this function, however, the Track Tool item
on the Tools menu will load the Track Tool with no tracks loaded.
-
NEW: The Track Tool now supports drag & drop
from Windows Explorer to load folders or files.
-
NEW: An "Open in Track Tool" is installed to
the Windows right-click context popup menu item. An individual file, or
a folder containing many files may be opened.
-
NEW: “Play in Preview Player” is a new Windows
right-click context popup menu item for playing a selected audio file in
the StationPlaylist Preview Player.
-
NEW: AirList 4.12 is fully compatible with
Windows
Vista.
-
NEW: Due to Windows Vista security, the
configuration and settings for AirList are now stored in a subfolder
named "Data". This folder will be given read/write/modify rights
to all users of the computer at installation. When AirList 4.12 is
started for the first time, all data files will be moved to this new
folder.
-
AirList will now operate in a
Standard Windows
user login account. Previously only Administrators could operate
AirList. An Administrator is now only required for installation
and registration of the software. Include Voice Tracking Info is a new
HTML Playlist option. It will include voice track markers and song intro times in the playlist. This may be useful for DJ's voice tracking remotely.
-
Output Category Names Only is a new
HTML Playlist option. It
will only output category and spot group names rather than the
selected track titles.
-
The HTML Playlist now requires a vlink HTML color
specification
in the Header code. This is used for the color of the scheduled
time
and the song durations. Also, all spots will now be shown in
red.
-
In Category and Spot Group Properties, the
Average Time is now
shown in the format hh:mm:ss rather than whole seconds.
-
The File List now has an additional
column showing the position
of each track in the list. The File List also shows the current
position in the list by shading the tracks which have been
previously
selected.
-
All spots, including voice tracks, intros and outros,
will have their
duration re-calculated when loaded into the Playlist Editor.
This is
to provide for the situation where spots, particularly voice
tracks,
may change externally but the filename remains the same.
-
The Playlist Editor now supports inserting end-of-hour
timed spots.
These are entered by checking (ticking) the 60th minute.
-
The Playlist File Path Substitution
now supports an extra function.
If the >From Path is blank and the To Path is not blank, the
paths of
all filenames within the playlist will be complete removed and
replaced
with the path in the To Path. If the To Path only contains a
period
".", the paths will be completely stripped and only the filenames
will
remain.
-
Fixed: New tracks added to a category were not being initially randomized.
Fixed: The Random spot group option could produce
alphabetical selections
with large spot groups.
Fixed: Inserting tracks in the Playlist Editor would
generate an
"Invalid Time" error if any tracks in the hour exceeded 24
minutes.
Fixed: Dragging a track in the Playlist Editor to the bottom of the hour
would
often not stay there, and would move up one in the order.
- Tracks within the Insert dialog. Existing Voice Track files may
also be dragged into the Playlist Editor by holding the Alt key
down during the drop. Voice Tracks appear with a microphone icon.
-
Selecting an existing Voice Track in the Playlist Editor before executing
"Record a Voice Track", will now edit the selected voice track rather than
insert a new one.
-
Selecting an existing
Voice Track in the Playlist Editor before executing "Record a Voice Track",
will now edit the selected voice track rather than insert a new one.
-
A "Now" toolbar button
will jump the Playlist Editor to the current hour. This is also available as
an option on the Search menu.
-
Two new Spot Group
Types are available. Voice Intro: This is identical to a Normal type, except
these tracks will appear with a microphone icon in the Playlist Editor.
Block: All items in the Spot Group are added to the generated playlist in
one block. Only one entry in a Rotation or one Timed Spot is required for
all tracks to be selected. This may be used where a group of tracks must be
played sequentially, such as a or group of community notices.
-
Category Properties now
has a Category Type where a Block type
may be specified. This is identical to the Block type mentioned
above for Spot Groups. When Block is selected, all items will be
sorted alphabetically and inserted in the playlist. This may be
used for playing a complete CD, for example, with just one entry
required in a rotation.
-
The Sort Spot
Folders Combined option in the Advanced Options
has been removed and replaced with a new option in Spot Properties.
Individual Spot Groups may now be sorted with All Folders Combined,
Per Folder, or Randomly. Randomly is a new feature where all spot
items are randomized in a list before a playlist is generated,
similar to a Category.
-
In Rotation Properties,
dragging an item within the Rotation
List will now move the item to the new position rather than
exchange the 2 items as it did previously.
-
The Category random
track selection routines have been
redesigned. All tracks in a category will be made available for
selection before the list is re-randomized. Previously, the list
was re-randomized every time Creator was loaded. This should
substantially reduce the problem of some tracks not being selected for
several weeks in a large category.
- The Missing Intro/Outro List may now be
printed.
-
The Playlist Editor can
be loaded directly by using the -e command-line switch. A
shortcut with this switch, along with -i, has been added to
the Windows Start menu.
-
The Help system has
been upgraded from the old WinHelp system
(HLP) to the new Compiled HTML Help system (CHM), which may be printed in
it's entirety if required.
-
Fixed: Since 2.41,
Inserting a track in the Playlist Editor, then loading a
different playlist log and inserting the same track, would produce an error.
-
Fixed: Inserting a
track in the Playlist Editor using the "Other" option, then attempting to
record a Voice Track, would produce an Access Violation error.
-
Fixed: Any % symbols
in an audio filename were being removed from
the filename in the playlist.
-
Fixed: The MP3
duration calculation routine has been updated to support low bitrate files.
- Fixed: Since v2.11, Timed Spots scheduled for 0 minutes past the hour
were being scheduled as the second item in the playlist rather than the
first.
- Fixed: The Spot Summary Log was missing the first scheduled item of each
spot, however, the totals for each spot were correct.
- New: The Playlist Editor now supports inserting files by drag & drop
from Windows Explorer. By default, tracks are inserted with the CD icon,
however, by holding the Ctrl key down during the drop, the tracks are
inserted as spots.
- Support for the lossless audio compression format Monkey's Audio
(.APE files) has been added.
- Individual file extensions supported by AirList may now be
selected/deselected in the Advanced Options. Unhighlighted extensions will
be ignored when scanning folders for audio/video files.
- All Ctrl+Alt keyboard shortcuts have been changed to Shift+Ctrl to
remove conflicts with Windows application shortcuts.
- The maximum number of days a playlist can be generated has
increased from 7 days to 90 days. The playlist Start Day has changed from a
day of week selection to a date selection. This is also reflected in the
Playlist Editor, and the HTML Playlist. Also added is a selection for the
number of hours to generate the playlist. It is not now limited to whole
days.
- To support the changes above, the HTML Playlist filename format has
changed to mmmddhh.html, eg. Jun3012.html. A new playlist.html file is now
being distributed which will load the correct playlist based on the current
day and hour. Please update your website to use the new playlist.html.
- The next generation Day, and optionally the Hour, will be updated
automatically when the Save All button is clicked after a playlist
creation. The Hour will only be updated if the new Auto Increment Hour
option is checked.
- An option has been added to the Playlist Options to delete
playlists and HTML playlists that were created over a specific number of
days ago, based on the file modified date. The deletion is performed, if
required, at the start of each playlist creation.
Warning: With the exception of playlist.html and index.html, the deletion
routine will delete all files, not just playlist files in these two folders.
- Related Artists is now supported. A new tab has been added to the
Options. Related Artists is where two or more artists are considered by AirList to be the same artist for the Artist Repeat Protection.
eg. It will be possible to keep "The Beatles" and "George Harrison" from
appearing within the Artist Repeat interval. See the online help for more
details.
- Song or artist introductions may now be easily inserted in front or
after songs. This helps a station sound live when unattended. A new option
in Spot Properties identifies a Spot Group as an Intro or Outro Group. The
audio files contained in an In/Outro Group should be named identically to
the songs they are introducing. If a matching intro file is not found, a
file matching the artists name is used. If this is not found then no intro
is included.
- Missing Intro/Outro List is a new Tools menu option which will list
the files in a Category which do not have a matching file in an Intro or
Outro Spot Group.
- Fixed: The wrong Intro or Outro could be
selected if a matching file did not exist.
- Fixed: A memory leak when loading more than
one playlist log in the Playlist Editor has been fixed.
- A Voice Tracking system has been
implemented in the new Pro version. See the Edit Menu options in the Playlist Editor chapter of the online help documentation for details. This feature provides a very easy and
fast method of inserting voice announcements into predetermined positions in
the playlist to make your station sound live even when unattended. This
system requires a compatible 3rd party audio editor. The following are
compatible:
Windows Sound Recorder,
NGWave
(recommended),
Cool Edit, Adobe
Audition,
Sound Forge.
- Two selected tracks in the Playlist
Editor may now be exchanged using a new Edit menu or right-click popup menu
option.
- The Spot Summary & Track
Summary are now saved to unique filenames for each playlist
creation. Older summaries may be printed by opening the related playlist
log file (plg) in the Playlist Editor.
- Include Scheduled Start Time
is a new HTML Playlist option. When enabled, the scheduled start
time of each track will appear to the left of the track title.
- Usage List is a new Edit menu
& right-click menu item. For a Category or Spot Group, it lists all the
rotations that it is used in. For a Spot Group, it also lists the Schedules
where the group is used as a Timed Spot. For Rotations, it lists the
Schedules that the Rotation is used in.
- The Category & Spot Group maintenance
forms are now both resizable.
- A microphone icon is now used to identify voice tracks and intros/outros
in the Playlist Editor.
- Fixed: Various forms now display correctly
when using large Windows fonts.
